I have found the staff to be very concerned and helpful.
Even when the therapist is working with you (and not off helping one of the multiple other people who are booked at the same time as you, or better yet, off chilling out and sipping some more coffee while you sit and twiddle your thumbs), the communication is often so poor that you get way less done than you could. Of the maybe 20% of my time there that I was fortunate enough to actually be seeing the therapist, there was quite a bit of it spent on clarifying things because of the vague way he questioned me, how he repeated the same questions with no apparent purpose, and how he failed to give complete instructions. He would tell me to do an exercise without giving a reason, then afterward he would ask me to compare with something else, and the difference was so subtle that I had no answer for him without having known what we were looking for before performing the exercise. He would tell me to do an exercise at home without giving me any indication of how long or how often, and when I asked for such details, he would give me a dumbfounded look before grudgingly answering me. The way they run things is extremely haphazard and simply wasteful of the patient's time. It's something that requires no additional labor or materials to fix - it's just like they don't much care.
I would not recommend this place if you have other options. It'll get the job done if you have constraints like cost or distance, but only just. You walk into what looks like a mildly-depressing daycare center (a few bright colors in a windowless room; one or two teachers spreading their attention among a half dozen or more kids) and sit and wait fifteen minutes past the start of your appointment, watching your therapist drink coffee and chitchat with his coworkers. I'm not exaggerating - the patient is that important to them that they'll sit right in front of you and make you wait while they finish off their coffee for a full fifteen minutes. I certainly hope they don't start charging you from the time you're scheduled, because nothing begins then.
