Recently had a terrible service experience with this office. Called to get a refill for Asthma medication which was denied because it had been 6 months since I was in the office for a visit. Explained to them that I was currently experiencing mild symptoms and would gladly make an appointment, but had an immediate need for a refill. They stated they could not issue a refill without an appointment and didn't have any open appointments until the following week. I reiterated that I was out of my medication and had an immediate need. They directed me to the emergency room......for Asthma that they know I've and had most of my life. They have records of prescribing me this medication and the Asthma diagnosis....they still refused to refill the medication. Sending a long term patient to the emergency room for something as standard as this is not only a poor use of emergency staff, my time and money...but somewhat reckless. Avoid this office...I will be changing offices immediately.
