I went to Jenn's Hair Care for the first time about two weeks ago. I was looking for a color and cut. I have extremely long (waist length) and thick hair that I dote on, so I don't take getting my hair done lightly. Jenn did an AMAZING job! She is without a doubt the best colorist I've ever had work on my hair. She transformed me from a brassy, yucky ombre back to my original dark brown with red and gold highlights. She listened and gave me exactly what I asked for. She took her time and didn't rush. I feel like she takes an enormous amount of pride in what she does. She was very pleasant and amiable. The salon is clean and quaint. I asked if I could return the next day to have her style my hair for an event. She agreed and took a solid hour just curling my hair for me. It looked stunning. And, she didn't charge me for it! Who does that? I have never had that level of customer service before. I would highly recommend her.
