Came in for new tires on my 1979 Jeep CJ7. I wanted 205/55r15. Assistant manager told me that that would look stupid. He even showed me the Goodyear tires it should have, but stubbornly I said Nope I want the other ones. I came back and saw it in the parking lot, and my wife just about cried. I went to him and said how much is it gonna take to fix this. Even after he warned me he said just pay the difference for the better tires. Anywhere else could of socked it to me to remove the new tires to put on the second set.
I stopped by the jewelry counter to ask about my wedding set being resized because I had broken the knuckle on my ring finger. The young lady took the time to look at it even though I said I bought it many years ago. She noticed that it was a Keep Sake Ring set and looked for the info on it but couldn't find the ring style the following Monday she called them about the rings and they are now be fix, expected back in a few days. Thank you so much.
Bob at customer service was a real jerk. Very unprofessional and rude staff i understand its 9pm but you have a job to do. I will never come here again.
So to sum up they were very nice and professional.
Oh where to start. Let's keep it relevant. Only 1 line open with 20 people. Other than a dead person I cannot think of anyone slower to put on register. My bags were handed to me and I was told, there's everything. Of course I get home and I'm missing stuff. No point in calling anyone there because no one picks up the phone. Beyond annoyed at all the incompetent people in the World. Step up your game Wal-Mart!
